To open our hearts and minds with a playful and light hearted enquiry into how we can experience more joy in our lives. These sessions can help you to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, release emotional blocks and tap into your inner resources while harmonising and balancing your body and mind. An opportunity to tune in and reconnect with your inner wisdom while accessing altered states of awareness where physical and energetic shifts can occur. Preparation Guidelines: Connect to headphones ideally or a speaker (avoid listening through phone or laptop speakers) Ambience - create a relaxing atmosphere, some suggestions are to light a candle, burn some incense or diffuse some essential oils Make sure you are warm and comfortable, suggestion to put a pillow under your legs to support you lower back while lying down on your back, palms facing up or sitting if that's more suitable to you Cover your eyes with an eye mask or scarf Drink water before and after the session
