I will treat you to a healing harp heart activation and sound meditation to close the session. This ongoing series of workshops will introduce a new sound healing element and practice each month, followed by a sound meditation such as a sound bath, singing bowl meditation, sound activation, healing harp improvisation, planetary frequency atunement, and more.
